Your data is stored locally and encrypted in your device's internal database. As a 100% offline-first app, we do not sync data to the cloud. This means no one else has access to your financial or inventory information.
The app includes a Data Backup module. We recommend periodically exporting your database as a secure JSON file (you can email it to yourself, save it to Google Drive, or store it on your computer). If you switch devices, just install the app again and import that JSON file to restore all your information.
This feature is ideal if you manufacture your own products (like cakes, brewed coffee, or crafts). You can create a finished product and associate a "Recipe" detailing its constituent inputs (e.g., grams of flour, packaging, etc.). When selling the finished product, the app will automatically deduct the exact proportions of the linked inputs from your inventory.
The basic local management app is free but contains banner ads that help us maintain development. We believe in empowering micro-entrepreneurs with high quality tools without imposing costly monthly subscriptions.
Yes! The app includes multi-business support. In the settings menu you can add new businesses (each with their own currency, country and taxes) and switch between them instantly without mixing transactions or inventories.
